Incorrect Order Quantity:

If the order quantity you received is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the incorrect product.

Wrong Product Shipped:

If the wrong product was shipped to you, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the incorrect product.

Please note that returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 15 business days.

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for returns and exchanges.
